Convenient low cost hotel with good value, we had a very very good stay. The folks were very helpful. Our room had a comfortable bed and an exceptional view. This property was located in a very central area next to the bistro, the cafeteria, and the center of the city.

Stayed in this friendly hotel during the weekend. The setting was stunning, close enough to Key Bank Center and the Greyhound/Megabus station and most public transit routes and public transportation options. Popped in Pettibones Grille for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue.

My room with double beds was a nice size. The location for Buffalo was comfy, near the Keybank Center. Went to Union Pub for drink or two, set not very far from the hotel.

I recently stayed at a downtown hotel that provided great value for a low budget traveler like me. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the KeyBank Arena where I wanted to attend an event. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a nice view of the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even keeping my forgotten leather jacket safe for me to claim later. The hotel also had a convenient arcade for entertainment. Additionally, the hotel's affordable price made it an excellent choice for my stay.

One drawback was that the paint by the door was coming off, which gave a slightly worn appearance to the room.

Room was spotless and perfect and clean.
